PANIC!

If you've ever tried to sell something, you may have experienced a sense of panic when you ask for the sale. What next!?

I've worked worked in sales a long time, and I still get that feeling.

Here's how you can overcome it, and thrive.

-Thread-
First things first. Always ask for the sale.

If you don't do at least that much, what else are we doing here.

Once you've done that, LISTEN!

Listening is the most important thing a salesperson does.
Next, figure out what the person is saying.

Once you've heard them, and you've understood, you can continue.

Customers only do a few things when you ask for the sale.

Let's go over these and your automatic response next.
If they want to buy --> Set up the sale
Don't over think this one.

If they say something that doesn't need to be addressed directly --> Set up the sale
If they ask you for clarification or information --> Bring clarity, finish the sale

If they hit you with a stall --> Seek clarity. Ask questions. "are you interested"

If they object --> Give them a reason to say yes and ask again.
