Sunday Funday Financial Analysis
Since reopen 2 months ago, our in-house sales are down 59% compared to same time last year.
Add on 20 weeks of shutdown, and that's basically our YTD.
Ya, everyone is "pivoting" & "doing the best we can," but it's brutal anyway you look at it.

From all accounts, we were doing really well pre-covid on in-house sales. We were up 10% last year, while SK restaurant/pub avg was down 15%.

We all put on our happy face, and things are indeed better than spring, but fall/winter is gonna suck once patio season is done, and flu season kicks in.
That's just the economic side. I am concerned about mental and physical health once weather turns. Not a lot of activity/entertainment/travel options to look forward to.
We ALL need to get creative, because winter in SK sucks at the best of times.

Sorry for being a downer, but everyone needs to start thinking, planning, and strategizing NOW about getting through to next spring.
Sorry for being very unDude right now.
