Aggressively and insultingly lie, and when debunked, change the subject as if the original lie was never uttered.

To recap, I said that @realDonaldTrump didn't appoint Dejoy.

This guy called ME a liar and pointed to a Wikipedia page that confirmed MY point and proved him wrong.

So then HE said that appointing the BOARD is the same as appointing the postmaster general.

This is called a "straw man."

Your make up something that your opponent never said, and then you attack your own invention.

Here's what's funny:

Under Obama, the US Postal Service Board of Governors was almost empty.
