Transwomen if I may interject. Having transitioned myself I understand where bio women R coming from but I also understand transition & the longing to be the opposite gender U were born as.

situations that tell them they R less than, 2nd class & have to fight 4 every success they aquire by being better than any man they R up against and its exhausting.
The idea that a man can say, "Poof" I'm a women & demand the same rights & respect as limited as they R is

Maybe a better approach would be to lift the gender you wish to become by acknowledging their is a difference, because their is.
