Despite having 0 experience as manager, Pirlo has been given the keys of the Italian powerhouse.

Given that no one has seen a team coached by Pirlo, one can only speculate about his possible tactical set up.

A guess would be that Pirlo will be inspired by his past coaches.
2/ Carlo Ancelotti:

A coach that relied heavily on Pirlo and with whom he won the UCL more than once. Which is Pirlo's objective at Juve.

His 4312 or 4321 system used at Milan which was particularly effective in Europe. A system in which Pirlo excelled as Regista.
3/ Antonio Conte:

Another coach with whom Pirlo won many domestic titles playing as a regista once again.

Conte's 352 could also be picked up by Pirlo. However, moving Juve back to a 3-man defense could require more adaptation time.
Which Pirlo might not be able to afford.
4/ Playing style:

Given his style as a player, one could expect Juve next season to play at a lower tempo and have a flexible shape.

We could also see Juve retain more possession and attempting to build from the back.
5/ Arthur, Rabiot and Bentancur:

Pirlo's material to recreate the type of midfield he used to play in.
Arthur will most likely be his main assets due to his ability to control the tempo.
Rabiot will have to focus on being defensive while Bentancur will link up with the attack.
