2020 Thread: I've had a few people ask what my reading list for the year has been so far, so here it is:
Alchemy: The surprising power of ideas that don't make sense by Rory Sutherland.
The startup way by Eric Ries (didn't realise how important this book would be In January...)
The revolution will not be funded by Incite collective (I couldn't stop reading this one).
Leading the fundraising charge by Karl Williams (a recommendation from a fellow fundraising director I admire).
The storytelling animal by Jonathan Gottschall.
Chief Joy Officer by Richard Sheridan.
Kill the black one first by Michael Fuller (policing leadership but I enjoyed it first time round).
Change for good by Bernard Ross and Omar Mahmoud (3rd time of reading this one- now an annual read for me)
Ethics by Simon Blackburn (part of a series of shorts - like Ken Burnetts short fundraising series).
Crisis communication strategies by Amanda Coleman (she is head and shoulders the best comms Pro I've ever had the pleasure to meet - and her leadership during the Manchester bombing was truly first class)
