Mnuchin, following Pelosi on Fox News Sunday, says that agreement was reached in the talks on every issue EXCEPT state and local aid, UI benefits

"They want to hold up the American public from getting the money they need until they get everything they want," Mnuchin says of Dems.

Says if Pelosi & Schumer have a new agreement he's ready to listen

Mnuchin says that states can ask Trump to waive the 25 percent state match portion of the $400 in UI he's trying to offer (which presumably means the benefit would only be $300)

Mnuchin denies payroll tax cut would harm Social Security, Medicare trust fund; says the money would be made up from the general treasury

Mnuchin calls for passing legislation on the 70-80 percent of issues admin and Dems agree on, come back for more if needed.

Says Dems need to come off "ridiculous" trillion-dollar ask for cities and states
