Going on a hyperbole when “criticizing” hezb is a malicious scapegoating tool that further polarizes people and radicalizes hezb supporters. I thought “kellon yaane kellon” meant everyone should be held accountable, not a cover for cherry picking what party gets exclusive blame
and therefore absolving the others from proper accountability. I don’t know how twisted the narrative got for people to comfortably call hezb and their supporters terrorists. You’ve strategically excluded a portion of the population that you know won’t succumb to your unfounded
allegations. You could have appealed to their critical thinking, but you’ve chosen to pretend it doesn’t exist and paint them all as brainwashed sheep when you yourselves have put them in a defensive position for months. Everyone’s sectarianism is flourishing under thinly veiling
“secular” principles. It’s so difficult to be impartial while all aspects of your religious and cultural identity are put under attack when literally anything happens in the country. Hezb has existed in spite of the establishment for years, and you’ve used that as incriminating
evidence for just as long. Suddenly hezb are the establishment itself and control every facet of governance, because now it’s so convenient. For years you’ve wanted hezb’s weapons handed over to the very army that‘s now attacking you on your own streets. It doesn’t even add up
I hate to be defending a party during times like this, but I’m just so appaled and frightened by the sick opportunistic rush to allocate blame while the blood hasn’t even been swept yet and the actual perpetrators are roaming free
