Champions league is the most prestigious trophy in football only next to World cup. There are various factors that are taken in account to analyze the success of the team. This includes tactical decisions by managers, players caliber, formations, money spent etc.
One factor that has been in discussion in recent times which was overlooked for a long time is the baldness of the manager.

Type A: These are the healthiest of hair. The manager is well endowed by the gods of hair.
Type B: These are the ones who don’t have any complain. These guys sleep at night peacefully knowing that they have full hair respective to their AGE.
Type B: These are the ones who don’t have any complain. These guys sleep at night peacefully knowing that they have full hair respective to their AGE.
Type C: These are type of guys for whom each hair is equally precious as bar of gold. They are not bald yet but they know that baldness is just creeping in around the corner.
Type D: These are full into baldness. But have scrape of hair somewhere on the head.
Type E: Zidane

Controversies in my research.
The loss of hair has lot to do with the age. So I while classifying the manager under each type I did take into account the age of the managers. Hence, there may be some controversies if a manager should be Type C or Type D.
So here is the list.

Observations:
Only 2 managers came under Type A- Frank Rijkaard and Carlo Ancelotti.
Only 1 manager came under Type E- Zindane. Pep had Type D hair in 2009 and 2011. Since he turned in Type E, he aint able to win it.

We can say the historically Type B managers have done the best. 18 different managers have won 26 trophies.
Managers with Type A hair have won UCL 4 times all in last 20 years.
Mangers with Type E hair have won UCL 3 times all in last 5 years.
Managers with Type A hair have won UCL 4 times all in last 20 years.
Mangers with Type E hair have won UCL 3 times all in last 5 years.
Managers who sleep peacefully knowing that they have good head of hair (Type A and B) or have accepted that there is no going back (Type D and E) seem to be doing better.
Hence, historically speaking Pirlo's hair seem to be in his favor.
