Oh snap just made a mini thread of Cloud's sixth sense of being able to "feel" the planet as he's able to sense Aerith in his soul

Bc he's lifestream sensitive whereas Sephy can't hear the Planet yet Cloud can

Think how MAD Seph would be at the idea this whole time that HE the WAR HERO made outta J cells who was MEANT to be GOD & a supercharged version of the Ancients FAILED to become one

While this infantryman who was a "failed" experiment of S cells IS able to be a "Cetra" prototype

That would explain how Cloud survived the Mako poisoning & why Hojo assumed he was a failure cuz he didn't see the "results" he wanted which was something similar to Sephy's genes like Zack

The fact Zack can't be influenced by Seph & Jenova while Cloud can means--

Cloud is more in tuned with the psychic connection thus able to "sense" the paranormal link between himself & the planet thru a manmade connection that only HE succeeded in achieving thru his natural intuitive sensitive to the planet--

I bet Cloud was always susceptible but needed the boost which was the Mako injected in him with S cells

The drawback is that he almost died from it but once his body stabilized he was not only stronger physically but also now able to "sense" better

Hence why he can sense Aerith

And the fact all SOLIDERs were engineered & designed to be pseudo-cetra super humans, it makes sense that Cloud actually succeeded to being one until Sephy who was unable to connect with the Planet or sense its will or even other Cetra like Aerith

Sephy is a "false" Cetra while Cloud is the new pseudo-Cetra

Sephy being tied to Cloud thru his cells is able to only sense Cloud while Cloud has a bit of both worlds where he can sense Aerith (Cetra) & Sephy (Jenova)

Cloud struggles bc both sides duel out inside him

Jenova fighting for control so that Sephy can have a "better vessel" which was Cloud all along & not what Hojo expected as a "failed puppet"

Yet the lifestream keeps Cloud safe bc Aerith is there to heal him (in the coma & the multiple times he's in the core of the Planet)

Cloud was the successful "Cetra" Hojo wanted to "replicate" that he thought his son, Sephy, had become

But in truth, Sephy failed bc he had been corrupted by J cells

Which now makes me think if Cloud has other cells other than S inside him

Maybe Ifalna's cells? Aerith's?

Lastly, these are just my thoughts but I just know Cloud could always "sense" the Planet--maybe not "hear" it like Aerith yet could "feel" the hymn of Gaia thru his Mako senses as well as any natural ability he always had inside

Sensing Aerith is like sensing his own soul

On that note, it explains FF7's ending so well
