No, Billboards is a country chart. countries like USA, UK, etc have Billboards. India doesn't have a country / official chart, hence any Indian stream wouldn't be counted for Billboards till chart comes.

No, this rule only applies for UK country chart. For India you can stream how much ever you want and it will be counted (except for filtered streams).

For Spotify, we should aim for consistency and longevity on chart. Having the song enter the chart / reach #1 / acheiving the goal isn't enough, we need to make sure the song stays in chart consistently for long.

Which can only be done by streaming regularly everyday. For YouTube, our final goal should be to increase total indian views on the YouTube chart and bring india to the top countries streaming on YouTube, currently india is at #3 (Overall BTS views).
