2. Many of you already have digital skills but to really turn them to your advantage you still need the ability to problem solve, to think without the box, to be creative, think critically and the agility to reinvent yourself;
3. You can never be ready but you need to stay curious, to be open to learning;
4. Programmes and systems cannot replace the emotional connections required to build positive customer experiences;
5. You will need to learn differently. New schools like 42KL do not require qualifications for admission but require their students to show curiosity and problem solving skills to crack code to progress in the curriculum.
Congratulations @UKEC for adapting to these new circumstances to organise #mslsl2020. It was definitely an interesting experiment.
