Grooming - as in, the process of conditioning younger brains to accept sexual attention - takes a lot of shapes but it can look like "convincing other people they're beyond saving and nobody else will listen to them".

MAP is also not a descriptive automatic term. It's a label of choice. Intrusive thoughts happen. Intrusive thoughts about pedophilia do not immediately = MAP. A MAP is somebody who preaches the word. Who seeks to "normalize" it. To "end discrimination".
