The Executive Order providing $400 in unemployment insurance payments from monies not appropriated for that purpose usurped the congressional power of the purpose and constituted a criminal violation of the Anti-Deficiency Act.
The Executive Order deferring indefinitely a portion of payroll taxes funding Social Security and Medicare usurped the congressional taxing power. Both constitutional violations are indisputable.
There are no disputed facts. They are impeachable high crimes and misdemeanors subversive of constitutional government. President Trump should be impeached and removed from office immediately.
Trump has launched a frontal assault on the exclusive constitutional powers of Congress in the nature of a coup.
Freedom of the press was secured to promote organized, intelligent scrutiny of government to inform the American people of constitutional wrongdoing, crimes, or otherwise.
The media’s complacent coverage of Trump’s executive orders today (which he mischaracterized as “bills” in a Freudian slip) suggesting their arguable legality fell far short of that First Amendment standard.
