that I want to have physicals. I want to have them on my shelf and show my friends. I’m not afraid of admitting that I love this series and will sing it’s praises to the roof.

a voice. I want to celebrate the art itself but not the creator. I need to start looking at this stuff more objectively and really consider whether my displeasure for a certain series is dictated by the creator or the writing, because I don’t wanna use the creator as an excuse...

I unfortunately do not have the money on me now to do so, but the volumes themselves cost $45. When I have the funds, I will be donating that same amount toward a foundation that helps deal with survivors of sexual assault and harassment. I’ll be doing research over the next...
few days to find an organization I know will take my money and use it correctly, and I will also pay forward the same amount of money for every subsequent Kenshin volume I buy. It doesn’t make up for putting money in Watsuki’s pocket, but I hope it can at least...

Sexual assault is horrible and disgusting. So many communities Im a part of have a predator problem, and it needs to be stamped out for good.
I think this is a good way of trying to stop it, and I hope people may consider following in my footsteps and donating too.
