On 08/08/20 a domestic terrorist, Louis Garrick Fernbaugh had thrown multiple pipe bombs at protesters and cops around East Precinct. In footage captured by multiple sources, especially the confrontation by @_WhatRiot, Louis was clearly identified by multiple sources

Once source claimed that Louis was completely unhinged, during our research we found a comment written by Garrick that detailed he had infiltrated Antifa about two-weeks ago.

Louis is an ex-Navy Seal as a Seal Instructor. He is a current resident of Tigard, OR. Louis started a company called "Red Frog" that aims to provide tactical training from the CIA to SRO for Active Shooter drills

On Louis' Facebook Page, he shared WW2 Nazi propaganda alongside a range of alt-right talking points.

In footage captured by @/ShaybieCo on Twitch shows the explosion that was aimed at mostly protesters/streamers/press that converged in the same location. People were shouting and pointing Louis in the woods wearing Night Vision Goggles.
In later footage, Louis was chased down and ID by @_WhatRiot. He was seen carrying NVG's, motions for a possible concealed weapon on his back right-side and tells @_WhatRiot he isn't the guy to fuck around with.
It is suspected that Louis Garrick Fernbaugh is on the loose and considered armed and highly dangerous.
