3. Rest & Recovery
4. Mindfulness
5. Mental Stimulation

When you achieve excellence in all 5 you will become a superhero!

Exercising 30 minutes daily leads to a happier life

Every workout should focus on at least one of these areas
1. Cardio-Respiratory Endurance
2. Strength
3. Flexibility
4. Speed
5. Muscular Endurance

But remember 6 packs are made in the kitchen
2. Nutrition

You can’t outwork a bad diet

Nutrition is also more than just counting calories

You need healthy combinations of macronutrients from whole foods

You need to cut sugary drinks

Drink a gallon of water every day

You should give yourself one cheat meal each week
3. Rest & Recovery

Workouts break down your muscles

You need rest to build them stronger

Stretching before & after every workout prevents injury

Foam roll to decrease inflammation & increase blood flow

Get 7 hours quality sleep for mental & physical recovery
4. Mindfulness

You can’t build a strong body without a strong mind

You need to spend time daily improving your mental health

1. Spend 5 minutes meditating
2. Replace negatives with positive thinking
3. Advantageously use motivation
4. List 3 gratitudes
5. Mental Stimulation

A strong body is no excuse for a weak mind

Always have a hunger for learning & improvement

You should read for 30 minutes daily

Seek out differing opinions with open minds

Remember to hang with smart people
