Some highlights of House Democrats' call today, per sources on call:

-Leaders blame Meadows for lack of deal

Hoyer: “Meadows, when John Boehner & Paul Ryan was Speaker, impeded every agreement they tried to make w/ us on must-pass legislation”

Pelosi: “Meadows is problematic”
-Pelosi questions GOP motivations for tying school aid to reopening classes in-person: “I don’t know if it’s a manhood thing or ideological.”
-Pelosi on Trump’s claim that he’s protecting health coverage for pre-existing conditions that are already protected by Obamacare: “This is not a well person.”
-Pelosi on Trump’s planned executive orders: “They don’t make that much of a difference.” Says she told Meadows & Mnuchin: “Just come back when you’re ready to raise the amount.”
-Pelosi says Trump only cares about stock market and if his name is on the letter "when those direct payments go out”
-Rep. Malinowski of N.J. pushed for an agreement. "If somehow we don’t have one the reaction of most of the voters in my district is going to be a pox on all our Houses. Congress is broken. Washington is broken. And that is great for challengers.”
