I am disappointed that senior industrialists and business leaders are so weak and supine in face of every new govt diktat on lockdown and CV19. List of sectors facing devastation is long: restaurants, pubs, hotels, travel, theatre, cinema, transport, retail, attractions
And so on. Yet where are the prominent figures questioning the logic and science of each of the incoherent and arbitrary rules? One FTSE 100 CEO emailed saying they agreed with my messages but dare not say so publicly.
So the deeply flawed consensus and groupthink continues as we dig ourselves into an ever deeper hole of fear and impoverishment. We need more brave, independent voices to be raised against the oppression and incompetence.
