So, later today will be the end of my first full week on twitter.

I have replaced so many poor habits with much better choices!

2) I replaced Netflix with Ebooks

There are many on here so I am sure many of you have your favorites. Do not worry, this post isn't about endorsing anything. Merely reflecting on replacing the bad with the good.

3) I replaced my strange internet addiction with starting a journal.

Instead of visiting sites like ESPN or Yahoo looking for anything to read.

I choose what I want to read and use my journal to reflect on it.

4)I replaced negative, lazy thoughts with actions.

I have always been a big procrastinator in my life and it has even led to some success.

But I have never felt fulfilled until I met most of you and learned there is always something more.

I have developed some very poor eating choices since becoming a father and having three girls under the age of 5.

The encouragement I get from you all has helped me make better choices.

I have always been a big gambler and a big investor. Now I am just doubling down on investing.

Gambling is a disease that I have never been able to break until meeting you all.

I have always been very active but, having kids the last few years has led me to develop some very poor habits.

I love working out, I love challenging myself.

I just started doing it every night before bed. Now everything is planned and prepared for the next day.
