Do I eat all grass fed/ organic? No.
Have I seen data to compel me to think it will make a real impact in health outcomes? No
Also, omega 3 content in grass fed can sometime be as high or higher than grain fed. Eat fatty fish for omega 3

And I have seen speculative posts about the "dangers" of grain finished beef and health, but i have seen no data and only speculation on negative health outcomes. I am still waiting for the poor health from 40 years of grain finished beef to kick in.
Finally, if you can easily afford to eat all 100% grass finished beef, by all means, have at it! I am in no way arguing against it.
