That said, on average, grass fed beef tends to have more omega 3 ALA than grain finished, and a higher level of some nutrients.

Is it better? Likely yes. Better enough to impact health outcomes is purely speculative

I can find GF ground beef at a fair price so I often buy it
However, I have only bought grassfed steak one time in my life. And I ate exclusively grain finished beef until a year ago when I started buying about half my ground beef as grass fed

I mention this because I want to be clear that I maintain single digit bodyfat year round
with stellar bloodwork and favorable hormone production with regards to testosterone, estradiol and thyroid hormones eating grain finished beef

I say this because in the middle of a pandemic with an uncertain economy you may wish to spend less money on food for various reasons
And I have seen speculative posts about the "dangers" of grain finished beef and health, but i have seen no data and only speculation on negative health outcomes. I am still waiting for the poor health from 40 years of grain finished beef to kick in.
Finally, if you can easily afford to eat all 100% grass finished beef, by all means, have at it! I am in no way arguing against it.

Rather, I support people not feeling bad about doing the best they can with what they have where they are.
