The many talents of Min Yoongi; a thread
I'm not gonna talk about Yoongi being amazing rapper because, well, that's obvious. You can listen to any of BTS/AgustD songs and know it for yourself.
Yoongi is incredible songwriter and producer. He has more than 100 writing credits on KOMCA (Korea Music Copyright Association). He write and produce for BTS, for his solo work and other artists. Here he is talking about when he started writing lyrics.
The first producing work for BTS was Tomorrow an Jump. Tomorrow was a song he made before debut that he revised for official release.
Another song he produced is Autumn Leaves. Here is video of a diferent beat he made for this song.
In 2016 he released his first mixtape "Agust D". It's really personal, raw and in some parts heartbreaking work. He talks about his struggles like mental health and fame. But it also a mixtape full of hope and dreams.
First song he produced after debute outside of BTS was "Wine" for singer Suran (who first showed up on his song "So Far away"). That song was a hit in Korea and Yoongi won hist first producing award.

One of the reason Yoongi wanted to be a rapper was his love and admiration for Epik High. Now he is good friend with them. Last year he created a song for them "Eternal Sunshine" and also had rap part in "Song Request" by Lee Sora that was written & produced by Tablo of Epik High
Here is Tablo talking about how good they work together and how they have the same vibe in writing songs.
He also worked with artists like Heize, Halsey or IU, who herself asked him to be on her song. Also he took part in MAX upcoming album in the song "Blueberry eyes" that will be out on September 18.
On may 22nd he released his anticipated second mixtape called "D2". That masterpiece was more successful than anyone would predict. Here's some of it achivements.
Yoongi is called a genius producer, with hand of a Midas. He is claimed as one Korea's best producers. He also talked how many korean and western artist wants to work with him.
Yoongi new hobby (and obsession, let's call it what it is) is playing guitair. He practice 6 hours a day, right after he wakes up and every time he has free time.
Yesterday he posted this photo of his fingers after his guitar.
Yoongi is also amazing pianist. We saw him playing many times and he even made a song about his love for this instrument called "First love".

Yoongi is known to be really good cook. He once said that leraned it from his brother. During Bon Voyage and now in the upcoming In the soop, he is in charge of making meals for all of them.
In that one Run BTS episode, he made steak so perfectly that actual chef was amazed. And Yoongi almost flew to the sky.
When we are discussing his talents, we can't forget Yoongi being one of the best dancers. Before he debuted he was known for having amazing bboying skills, but he had to stop doing it after the accident he had during trainee days. But here is video of him showing his skills.

Another of his talents that Armys are crazy about is is basketball. He played it in high school in a position of shooting guard (and how his stage name Suga was created.) and to this day he is a big fan, especially Chicago bulls.
What can be more attractive than Yoongi kicking some ass on the basketball court?

Maybe not a lot of you remember, but Yoongi used to draw cute cartoon characters. And he was quite good in it.
Long time ago Yoongi used to post his photography and tag it as "Suga's Sight". He took pictures of various things but sadly he is not post them anymore. We get it once last year.

Yoongi also likes making & assembling furniture. In the dorm he is in charge of fixing and assembling stuff.

For Daechwita, Yoongi had to learn sword fight and he actually mastered it in two days.

And lately we also find out he is amazing in voice acting.
Ok that's it. Yoongi has many talents, I probably didn't talked about all of them, but this thread would be endless then. I just wanted to show how incredibly well rounded he is and someone I really admire.
