Sexual activity doesn’t define sexuality. Individuals do. Purity requirements are trash. Don't force a label onto someone because they experimented to better understand their sexual attractions. Experimenting sexually is healthy and liberating.
This intersects significantly with trans people. If I had transitioned and found I was solely attracted to men, I would die on the "straight” hill. The sex I had with women within a gender-construct that was forced onto me wouldn't be relevant to me in determining my sexuality.
If a man is bi-curious and gives it a try, even for months or years, but ultimately finds that he's not attracted to men, I think it hinders sexual freedom to insist that man is bi because he had sex with men while trying to better understand himself.
It still just comes back to that thing...
