Andrea Agnelli, Fabio Paratici and Pavel Nedved have used Sarri's sacking as a way of hiding their fault.

Allegri knew this squad needed a revolution. The Juve board never followed it and let Sarri down.
I'm pretty sure they don't have a specific plan about what to do next and this decision was reactionary to the CL defeat.

They had 4 options when Allegri left. Have 3 now. All three of them would want a revolution in the squad. The board should know.
Juventus have ironically lost their way in their thirst to become a superclub in a short amount of time.

They were frustrated with 2 CL finals, decided to extend their resources to reach the Real Madrid level. They've failed miserably. Paratici and co have no idea how to do it.
Here's the thing, Cristiano Ronaldo was ill-suited to Sarriball from day one. Sarri changed the formation to adapt to his style - something he's never done before.

Like Ronaldo, there are loads of players who still have no idea what Sarriball is. The board don't know it.
