Third place: plastic jars that occupy 70-80% more space than needed. Bonus points if your jar manufacturer *acknowledges* this by placing their jar bottom more than halfway up (photo 2)

Second place: cardboard boxes whose interior is coated in plastic film; likely to contaminate an entire load of sorted cardboard, so this one gets extra points for taking others down with it!
