Dec 2013 - had a idea, tried it, made $0

Dec 2017 - tried same thing again but changed ONE thing

Made six figures

Business is like a factory 🏭

If one element is broken, nothing will be produced
This factory mindset changed my entire perspective

So often people view it like a light switch

(ON/OFF)
Good Idea/Bad Idea
Success or Failure

Tossing away the entire idea when in reality only one element was broken
Like a physical look at the symptoms to determine what part is broken

Traffic
Offer
Landing page

In my case I had the traffic, but changed the offer and that was the 1 thing that fixed the entire operation
Diagnose the issue

Getting conversions but in small amounts?

Traffic is likely the issue

Conversion optimization with better copy & landing page also might be
Getting no sales?

If enough traffic saw the offer then it could be the offer

Or it could be that the offer was poorly communicated on the landing page
Look at the elements

🔑 If you’re going to abandon an idea do so based on DATA & a diagnosis

Not solely because it didn’t get a result and you don’t know why

7 years later I’m doing the same exact things, slightly different angle & offers
If I had this diagnosis skillset woulda saved almost a decade lol

But I’d keep bouncing around idea thinking it was a light switch

Instead of a system, a factory
