Women are constantly told to hide their bodies, their desires, their pride in themselves but Cardi & Meg push back against that and encourage other people to do the same. Theyâre not âsetting women back;â theyâre trying to push us forward.

People are not moving units for all the women rappers who donât sell sex in the same package as a Cardi or Meg (bc theyâre all still very in touch with their sexuality but in different ways) so Iâm not sure why that should be Cardiâs or Megâs problem to solve.

I canât really speak to Cardi but Meg comes from a line of southern female rappers like Mia X, Trina, La Chat, and Gangsta Boo so Iâm not sure why yâall think she should have the demeanor and dress of an apostolic church wife.
