ok for everyone who doesn't understand why the new trend thingy is disrespectful. imma explain it. so basically the music that is being mocked/made fun of in the video is classical Indian music and it is one of the most important things in our culture.

music has always been a very prominent part of Indian culture and classical music is one of the most difficult things to learn. it takes atleast 10 years of learning/practicing. the level of expertise and precision needed is so tough and for some people to just disregard that-

is highly disrespectful and disgusting.
the fact that till now I haven't seen anyone except my Indian moots speak about this just shows how normalised discrimination against Indians and our culture is.
