anarchism is not inherently intersectional and in many ways is not fit for purpose in terms of a political philosophy for liberation https://twitter.com/cempaka_co/status/1291449199712595968
anarchism, as in the ideology that began in Europe in the 19th century, was developed by white cis straight abled men, for their liberation.

anarchism alone cannot liberate Black/POC, women, queer and trans folks, or disabled folks.
all of those characteristics influence your material circumstances

most members of the proletariat are marginalised in some form that's not related to class

this is why intersectional frameworks are VITAL to organising and liberatory work
it is also not necessary to ascribe explicitly to anarchism, or a form of Anarchism (eg anarcho communism) to be non-hierarchal/anti-authoritarian in your politics and organising
but marginalised anarchic organisers are shut out from a lot of movements becuase they don't integrate well with (often white, male centred) anarchist cliques
you don't have to call yourself an anarchist to do anarchic work

anarchists should be supporting who do this regardless
similarly, many anarchists use anarchist principles to justify their own otherwise oppressive tendencies

these people are still anarchists. this just highlights a flaw within anarchism
sometimes, you can have leaders. particularly, leaders who are part of communities traditionally marginalised within anarchist spaces (BIPOC in particular)
anarchists also use the fact that marginalised groups have developed on anarchism (ie Black anarchism, anarcha feminism etc) to overlook oppressive practices in their movements.

Basically, tokenisation.
Disclaimer. I don't want all of this to be used as a justification to write off anarchic politics/Anarchism.

I want anarchists to be aware of this so that you can do better
