Sincere question. Most of us are aware of the stringent safety and healthy measures that most of our businesses have to adhere to. Strict EU and national regulations which can be tough on businesses but important. Are meat factories in some way exempt from these measures?

Really trying to grasp the working environment. It’s not just the employer who is responsible. It’s those that regulate them and hold them to account. These bodies are therefore held to account by those that govern us. We need to be clear where blame lies here

Governing a country is hard work. Hence why they are paid well and have strong pensions. But it’s not about blame, it’s about accountability. No doubt a tough situation for government here but something isn’t right.
