Unleashed in the Lalu-Rabri Devi era & how stigmatised it left people like us who had to move out of Bihar to make a living elsewhere, be it in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore or any other city, and now this piece is a further disgusting & disgraceful attack on our culture (4/n)
