Have cities shut down streets & changed noise ordinances to allow some music & dancing outdoors?
Have cities created spaces for outdoor movie nights?
Have cities enabled residents to hold neighbourhood block parties?
Few faces in big spaces only works if we free up space /2

Rise in #covid19bc associated w/ parties is a direct consequence of not considering the (mental health & social) needs of young ppl in public policy.
