The Act was brought by Congress govt which bars changing religious status of buildings as were on 15th August 1947.
Basically a mosque cannot converted to a temple or vice versa.
Only #Ramjanmbhoomi was excluded due to then litigation under ASI.

Chameleon Swamy Not only Supported this regressive bill but brought amendment to Clause 5 in Rajya Sabha, which excluded Ram Janam Bhoomi. He wanted RJB to be included in the bill.

Today he and his supporters shamelessly taking Credit of Ram Mandir.
