imagine having an absolute nerve to aim for scudetto with this effing team? if not for Cristiano, this team would've been bodied right and left. bloody shambles!
problems I infer from Juve below -
problems I infer from Juve below -
1. transfer model for last 3-5 years - idk if Allegri was totally involved. but more or less, its a clown show. lost Buffon & sold Bonucci only to get them back next season? Crappiest crap. loaned Cáceres (seriously?), bought Cancelo & sold him next season. dumbest!
(contd.) tho transfers are not an easy job but their business on paper is beyond insensibility. bought Perin to bring back Buffon next season for pride. Perin loaned back to Genoa due to injury spell.
youth transfers aren't utilized. Allegri sucks in youth development...

(contd.) youngsters like Rugani, Bernardeschi, etc.., totally declined under Allegri. esp Dybala lost himself completely last season! if not for Sarri, he'd be playing at Old Trafford now. biggest change in Juve's transfer model - De Ligt signing. That too pulled by CR & Sarri.
2. lack of ambition. teams like Juventus, PSG never had an ABSOLUTE OBSESSION to win the Europe. winning CL is all about mindset. very few are ambitious. others are like meh.
CL obsession has to be inculcated in team's DNA. unless they do that, spending billions = nothing.

3. winning CL needs a process that demands consistent patience and development. if this team dances for fans' impatient tunes, they will never ever see the light of Europe's silverware. if they win it without this process, it has to be a miracle or their another calciopoli.
if Juve board believes in Sarri, they should go with him for a 4 or 5 year plan. changing the system frequently will be a big mess. Klopp's Liverpool is the finest example. Gasperini needed 3 solid seasons to bring a change in Atalanta. Patience + development is the process.
