My thoughts on Jadon Sancho -

The narrative from Germany will always remain the same. Jadon Sancho will not be sold for less than the €120 million quoted amount.

Borussia are open to sell. Even accepted the fact that installments is the only way to achieve that fee.
Biggest problem at the moment seems to be how much Manchester United wish to pay up front. Think once that hurdle is crossed, the deal will accelerate. However, it's important to note that it's the most sensitive part of the deal.
From Manchester United's point of view, it's no point stretching these negotiations because Dortmund never give in easy. Precedent goes against us on that front. United need to pay if they want Sancho.
Those asking whether the fee would result in Manchester United stepping away, I don't think so. The club were very well aware of Sancho's valuation. The relief that has been given is only in mode of payment.
Now you might ask, why would BvB act like this? I think it's because they need a media victory every time they sell their best player. Fans have to accept that almost every summer.

"You get the player but we get the credit for making it happen" seems like the attitude.
All I'll say is that stretching these negotiations would have made sense had there been any other club on the other side. Dortmund are adamant and want the best fee possible for their star man.
It's also important to note that Manchester United and Borussia Dortmund have good relationship. So I don't expect the deal to fall through. It's a question of when and not if.

Everyone involved wants it to happen. I know the wait raises doubts but such things take time.
