In 2022, on a $227.5M cap, I have the @49ers at $78,211,767 in cap room. Cap could be a bit lower, maybe at the $215M that it was expected in 2021.
Some key players needed to be retained, Trent Williams likely in the $18M a year range, Kittle in the $17M a yr range, Sherman at $9M a yr, Juice at $5.25M a yr, K'Waun at $8M a yr, Tartt at $9.5M a yr, Later on, Bosa will likely cost in the $27M-$30M a yr range.
Deebo I could see breaking $15M a year by 2023. McGlinchey in the $15M a yr range also, he has an option for 2022, Dre Greenlaw, hard to say what he could cost. likely $10M a yr, Fred Warner should get $17M a yr IMO, top 5 LB in the NFL IMO.
