No more $ to recruit cops or retain them
Slash travel and training
Cuts to public relations staff (creates copaganda)

Council is voting to cut SPD’s budget, and suggested what should be cut (horse cops, school cops, cops who sweep encampments, etc.), BUT Chief Best gets to decide where to cut, and could ignore Council’s direction.



We must keep the pressure on.
