If you have the means to do so this would probably be a really good time to support your local shelters and/or foodbanks. I imagine the next 6 months will be rough and stress existing support networks. Spare a thought and maybe a couple of bucks for Beirut, lots of folks hurting.
US is about to experience unemployment, hunger, and homelessness on a scale larger than the Great Depression. With the addition of disease. It's important to help as many people survive this period as possible and to provide comfort and dignity for the dying and their loved ones.
Been a couple of periods in my life where I've sold personal possessions to support my family and we're now entering a period where I'm selling personal possessions to support my species. I'm ok with that. Stuff and junk is less important than life. Saving life sparks joy.
