Ukraine held the ship that b/c they thought it had taken sand from the Crimean Sea. They held the ship during the investigation and deemed them NOT the ship in Question after 2 years.

Multiple investigations on safety
Violations everywhere.
AFTER the court decision, it was sold to an AMERICAN company called PILIN Fleet Management and the ship was renamed Trump D.
However, they still wouldn’t release the ship

So, without digging too far into the owners now, they registered this company in 2014. But what is interesting?

The original company was based out of Cyprus, and the entities are also based out of Romania and FL.

That makes some sense to some who understand how ships are owned, where they identified and why. I’m still learning.

The gray areas are not active any longer, but the names are interesting.

Without getting into the hole I started digging, I’m referencing the Padilla’s to the other entities and back checking the registrations originally.

Essentially, the International Seas are the Wild Wild West and worse than anything I’ve seen. D

Ships in need of repair, illegal dumping of fuel, overfishing, mining illegally, transporting drugs, humans and guns. They need some serious regulation and I’m afraid that won’t happen.
