Tried to talk to the organizer, but alas, they think I'm "mainstream media."

Chanting "Save the Children" as they head off, North on the Michigan Ave sidewalk.

I don't even know what to say about this group right now. Around half are unmasked. Some people have no idea what they're protesting for/against.

Bystanders somewhere between confused and supportive.

No police presence around this group, btw.

There are exactly three bike cops on the other side of Michigan.

They've reached their destination: the ABC 7 Studio.

There was a skirmish over the flag; a bystander who joined in wanted to trash it, and she was met with chants of, "we back the blue!"

They're still going outside of ABC 7.

CPD just placed themselves between protesters and this woman.

Make no mistake; there's a hint of white nationalism here. I'm perhaps being careful with my language. Not every protester here is white. But there's a general theme.
