Sexism in gaming RE: Keyforge

There's a good chance that if you play Keyforge, you've played other card or tabletop games. Tabletop gaming has struggled with being a welcoming and inclusive space for as long as We can remember.
One of the major draws to Keyforge is being a game that breaks the mold in a lot of ways. Keyforge has one of the friendliest and most inclusive communities that has ever existed, but some recent posts in online spaces prove that there is certainly room for improvement.
Women in gaming are frequently alienated (like comparing art to harmful tropes) and subjected to subtly sexist remarks (like "Did you come here with your boyfriend?").
Whenever these posts/incidents occur, it pushes more people out of the community and Keyforge gets a little bit worse as a result.
We can't sit by and let this type of behavior occur. While we aren't women, it is important for us to use our platform to help set the standard that we would like to see.
Before making a community post, please make sure you're not alienating anyone and the next time we are able to play Keyforge in person, please treat your fellow humans with respect no matter what their gender/race/age.
Everyone should be welcomed in our community, but more importantly we need to work together to make everyone FEEL welcome.
We also want to thank those who have spoken up and others who learned from their mistakes. Let's all work together to keep growing as people and to make Keyforge the best community in card gaming history!
