What are those?

Focus triggers are actions you perform before an activity that tells your mind to

"Get s*it done."
As an athlete, I had my own triggers before every game.

I always got my ankle taped

My hip warmed up

Listened to “Power” by Kanye

And put my shin guards on last.
Performing these actions got me locked in every single game.

What did this teach me?

Systems win.

Let’s address those issues.
Humans crave patterns because we recognize them with minimal energy

This is why routines work so well.

Morning routines are there to align yourself for the rest of the day.

Create a routine before your work session that directly shifts your focus.
Your Goal:

Have three actions to perform every time before you start a work session.

It can be anything from turning on lo-fi hip hop or making your bed or having only one tab open ( @OneJKMolina 😉).

Whatever it is, do it before every. single. session.
Watch your productivity skyrocket.
