I was raped a year and a half ago, by someone who abused several other transgender students, and the most that @TuftsUniversity did was dead-end my case in an informal process. It's laughably ineffective to ask a serial abuser to self-report her violations.

Even after my two articles, it was all silence from @TuftsUniversity, and their inaction allowed my abuser's enablers to retaliate against me. I've been stalked, been denied resources that I need for my wellbeing, and the only response I've been given is flimsy accommodations
and inquiries about my self-care, which is, again, laughably ineffective in the face of institutional complicity. But this is far beyond complicity, and has been for far too long. Tufts is *responsible* for the danger that this campus poses to me.
I am doing remote learning this fall not because of COVID-19, but because it is no longer safe for me to remain near campus. In an institution of higher education where countless classes are in-person only, that leaves me without equal educational opportunity because of my rape.
Harass Tufts on social media, email them, whatever you find most doable. Anything that you do to pressure them into action, I am thankful for.
