just because avatar the last airbender is well written it does not mean itâs suddenly free from criticism. as much as atla is a good show it misrepresents different asian cultures as stated by others. listen to them and take a step back and examine your favorite show. this does
not mean you arenât allowed to like atla but please STOP TELLING OTHER PEOPLE HOW THEY SHOULD FEEL ABOUT THE REPRESENTATION. im not asian but itâs my my responsibility to listen and look at atla with more scrutiny. just because atla does the bare minimum for rep does not mean it
should be applauded. also saying âthe shows 14 years old let it goâ is also invalidating actual criticism. the public need to be critical or else this will become the norm. this criticism helps other shows in the long run so stop saying âthe shows overâ. yeah atla is over but
this canât happen in the future. basically represent cultures properly please :)
