I highly suggest thinking about both of these as early as possible together as a system.

One without the other often fails. Usually it’s the growth piece that founders don’t get started early enough and then blame their feature set or design.
Then they go deeper into building more, which compounds the problem.

It’s hard to watch.

Harder to experience. I’ve done it countless times.
