Here are 20 lessons I have learned in 20 years:
1. Everything in life is sales. Learn it.
2. The people around you will usually dictate the quality of your life.
3. No amount of money can take the place of FREEDOM. I’d take $40k/year with freedom any day over $150k/year with no freedom.

4. Doing great things at a young age and keeping your head screwed on straight is a rare sight nowadays. Very few can accomplish this.
5. Nothing good comes from being comfortable.
6. Lift weights and learn how to fight. Don't need to explain this one any further.

7. Don't surround yourself with toxic people just because you're scared of being alone. Learn to enjoy your own company because that's where you'll find the most breakthroughs
8. Nice guys finish last. This doesn’t mean you have to be a dick to everyone, just don’t be a doormat.

12. No goals lead to a SAD life. Find your life purpose.

13. Stop searching for new streams of income unless you’re doing at least 6-figures with ONE thing.
14. Write down every BS part of your life and remove it ASAP (for me that was designer clothes, expensive dinners, toxic people, etc.)

15. Absolute perfection will never be achievable - and honestly, probably wouldn’t be that great if ever achieved.
16. Don’t partner with people without a clear reason. Most do this to simply reduce their workload and this never ends well.

17. If you're gonna do something, either go balls deep or don't bother doing it at all.
18. You can’t help everyone and that burden doesn’t fall on you.
19. Debating people over random political/social issues might be the biggest waste of time that EVERYONE should avoid.

20. Adversity is key. Experiencing it, embracing it, and learning how to overcome it. Those who lack adversity often lack happiness/fulfillment. Learn to enjoy it.
