Our amazing sports psychologist @NAZ_Elite Shannon Thompson, has had us recently think about our best races and try to draw on those memories to help create an environment where we can duplicate those performances.. I thought I’d share what I learned about myself upon reflection.

To be all psyched up to perform at a high level, turns out that just makes me feel flat and anxious. I’m sharing this because I think it’s a good exercise to revisit your top performances and try to gather as much detail as possible in order to recreate success.
