This aquatic snake (genus: Helicops) is a tropical species that spends most of its time in water. So, they swim a lot and are known to eat fish

This arboreal snake (genus: Oxybelis) is a tropical species that spends a lot of time maneuvering thin branches of tall trees. You may notice this skull is much more streamlined in comparison to the aquatic snake shown above

This snake is mostly fossorial (genus: Anilius), spending a lot of time underground. This skull appears to be very “armored” and protective in comparison to the arboreal snake above. Perhaps this helps these snakes navigate underground burrows.
