Pushup is a simple exercise anyone can do.

If you can’t, start with wall pushup.

Speed.

Start slow to build technique and strength.

Steps:

🎯 2 sec down to bottom
🎯 1 sec pause at bottom
🎯 2 sec to go back up
🎯 Down again immediately

Tip: put a baseball at the bottom, gently kiss it with your chest.

This helps you to not rely on momentum.
