on top of polarised media scrutiny. The positivity & support I witnessed earlier this week, to SC @NP_SC3667 from @c_hillery, @PS255Desrochers & @NorthantsChief has left an impression on me & is truly what students need to see right now...
I'm soon to turn 40 & I'm not blinded by the reality of Policing. It is brutal & mentally challenging. We all know this! Let's instead offer positivity & support where it is not otherwise given, to help retain talent whilst welcoming in a new generation of officers. That's it.
